Overview

Lithium-ion battery surveillance IC supervises the voltage and current, and protects the one cell lithium-ion rechargeable battery from the abnormalities such as overcharge, fault electric discharge, and fault discharge current. If Lithium-ion battery surveillance IC detects the abnormalities, Lithium-ion battery surveillance IC turns external FET off, intercepts the circuit, and protects the one cell lithium-ion rechargeable battery.
