MD3303 is the PCI bus bridge for SH-4 microprocessor (SH7750), carries PCI Rev 2.1 interface, and operates in both PCI host and non-host mode.

MD3303 carries a synchronous DRAM(SDRAM) controller for connection of exclusive SDRAM which can be accessable both from PCI devices and SH-4 CPU.
